Edcor School Network Differentiators
We’ve said it a million times and keep reiterating that Education is a passion at Edcor and at the core of everything we do. Our focus is to help clients reach their upskilling goals, and make client-employees informed consumers of higher education. To this end, Sara VanWagoner (VP, Corporate Growth at Edcor) started the Edcor School Network more than a decade back to associate with like-minded institutions of higher education that have the learner’s best interest at heart. Back then our clients were overwhelmed by the high numbers of schools trying to get in touch with them, and as a result, closed doors for everyone – including ones with meaningful offerings that could have benefitted them. Edcor stepped in to filter the noise and make targeted messages reach the right stakeholders, from the schools that were a match for clients, creating positive synergies between all parties. What differentiates the Edcor School Network foremost is the customized and problem-solving approach to fill all skill gaps for each client.
We’ve come a long way; and are quite pleased with the selection of schools that we partner with. We are by no measure the biggest school network, and this is by design. We value our school network partners and the continuous exchange of ideas on the latest trends in the industry and higher education. These meaningful relationships built over the years lead to enhanced client experiences with the schools and ultimately Edcor. Our schools are then also willing to offer customized solutions to clients, which leads to another win-win for all parties.

CEO’S CORNER
As we draw close to the end of 2022, it’s time to reminisce the memories and accomplishments of the year. Not only in 2022 but also over the past few years, Edcor has proven how resilient, resourceful, and tenacious we are. We have faced challenges head-on and made it through whatever was standing in front of us. Edcor has had a great year with growing not only our Tuition service line but also our Freedom and Scholarship lines. Our company has had countless achievements, accomplishments, and even our share of missteps that have all led to making us the best in class.
Edcor has once again been successful in renewing and maintaining our current Client contracts, along with adding many new clients from diverse industries. This is no easy feat – keeping Clients takes teamwork, dedication, and great service. Our commitment to give our Clients the best support possible has not waivered even in this difficult year. As with everything we do, Edcor was able to be one of the first (possibly only) to implement a solution for our Clients to handle the new tax law (Section 127) from the CARES Act. With our ability to perform CARES Act Tax calculations, we had other organizations wanting to partner with us utilizing our solution thereby accelerating our growth.
We are grateful to have you as part of the Edcor family and wish you the best of all that the Holiday season has to offer. The year 2022 has been busy for us at Edcor, and there are no signs of slowing down heading into 2023. The best is yet to come!
