In 2006, Edcor commissioned a major re-engineering of our entire suite of tools used to provide Tuition Administration services. During this re-engineering process, the new scanning verification and tracking system was one of several new and improved tools Edcor introduced to improve the quality, accuracy and security of our services when administering our Client’s tuition reimbursement programs.

At a high level, the Edcor claims or transaction processing system has the capability to convert a single electronic image into multiple images for review, verification, and adjudication. All data collected for each transaction is sent to our auto adjudication rules engine, where Tuition Assistance program rules are configured to meet each client’s specific policy for payment, and then applied systematically to determine and pay the amounts eligible for each employee.
